How to hide comments in Word

Method 1: Disable Show Comments in Microsoft Word

- Go to the Review tab and the Tracking section of the ribbon.
- And in the drop-down box labeled Review, choose No Markup.

How to delete comments in Word

Delete a single comment or thread of comments
- To delete a specific comment, select it, then click on the three dots at the top right of the comment and choose “Delete Comment” or use the “Delete thread” option to remove the comment and reply to it.
- Alternatively, you can select the comment, go to the Review tab, and click Delete in the Comments section of the ribbon. This will remove the entire comment thread including the inline responses.
Delete all comments in Microsoft Word
All comments in the document can be removed through the following steps.
- Go to the Review tab, click the arrow under Delete, and choose to Delete All Comments in Document.
